As the founder of Tayside Group, Carrie is passionate about executive talent and leadership development. Carrie has a proven track record as a leader who understands the critical role HR plays, particularly in times of transformation and change.
Her career spans more than 25 years in human capital management. As a former Chief Human Resources Officer, she brings deep expertise and has worked for industry leaders such as TD Bank, Sun Life Financial, and Allstate Insurance Company. Carrie’s experience brings a unique perspective to organizational development, leadership development, and CEO succession strategies. She has a proven track record working across the C-Suite and with Boards of Directors.
As Managing Director, Sharyn brings over 30 years of experience spanning many areas, including Insurance, Finance, Investments, Communications, and Human Resources. She is passionate about problem-solving, storytelling, and aligning business and HR strategies. Sharyn was most recently Director of Executive Succession and Development at Allstate Insurance Company. Before this, Sharyn was Chief of Staff and Administrative Director, supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses with over $5 billion in revenue.
As a trusted advisor, she excels at developing strong relationships with C-suite executives, supporting executive communications, executive succession, development planning, executive search, and M&A initiatives.
Sharyn’s passion for people, strong business acumen, and skilled ability to listen to problems and ideas enable her to collaborate closely with clients to identify critical opportunities and solutions, focusing on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Shaleen Hudda Mulvany

Shaleen is a highly skilled and adaptable project management professional, specializing in operations and serving as a trusted Chief of Staff to C-Suite executives, entrepreneurs, and founders. She is known for her agility, strategic thinking, and ability to drive initiatives forward with efficiency, precision, and a calm demeanor.
With her track record of successful and keen understanding of marketing strategies, Shaleen is dedicated to helping businesses achieve their goals and surpass their expectations.
Kellie brings Human Resource experience from the Defense Contracting industry, focusing on talent and organizational development initiatives across the United States and Internationally. She graduated from Old Dominion University and received her Master’s in Organizational Leadership at the University of Alabama.
