Carrie Blair

President

As the founder of Tayside Group, Carrie is passionate about executive talent and leadership development. Carrie has a proven track record as a leader who understands the critical role HR plays, particularly in times of transformation and change.

Her career spans more than 25 years in human capital management. She brings deep expertise; including former roles as Chief Human Resources Officer at a multinational Fortune 100 and as Chief Human Resources & Communications Officer for a top 25 global insurance company. This experience brings a unique perspective to senior executive hiring, leadership development and CEO succession strategies. She has a proven track record working across the C-Suite and with Boards of Directors.

Sharyn Micheli

Managing Director

As Managing Director, Sharyn brings over 30 years of experience spanning a breadth of areas including Insurance, Finance, Investments, Communications and Human Resources. She has a passion for problem-solving, storytelling and creating alignment between business and HR strategies. Sharyn was most recently Director of Executive Succession and Development at Allstate Insurance Company. Prior to this, Sharyn was Chief of Staff and Administrative Director supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses with over $5 billion in revenue.

As a trusted advisor, she excels at developing strong relationships with C-suite executives, supporting executive communications, executive succession and development planning, executive search, and M&A initiatives.

Sharyn’s passion for people, strong business acumen, and skilled ability to listen to problems and ideas, enables her to closely collaborate with clients to identify critical opportunities and solutions with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Shaleen Hudda Mulvany

Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff at Tayside Group, Shaleen brings years of organizational and project management skills to each client, helping provide an unparalleled experience.

Shaleen is an accomplished and versatile project management professional and an operations expert with deep experience as a Chief of Staff to C-Suite executives, entrepreneurs, and founders. She is a trusted, agile thought partner recognized for moving strategic initiatives and businesses forward with speed, quality of execution, calm, and effectiveness.

Kellie Bujno

HR Researcher

Kellie Bujno brings Human Resource experience from the Defense Contracting industry, with focus in talent acquisition and organizational development across the United States and Internationally. She graduated from Old Dominion University and is currently working on her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Alabama.

Matthew Paz

HR Researcher

Matthew Paz brings Human Resource work experience from the online media industry with a focus on talent acquisition. Matthew graduated from Queens College and is currently working on his Master of Science degree at Baruch's Zicklin School of Business, concentrating on data analytics. Outside of his postgraduate studies, Matthew has published articles on the publishing platform Medium to promote data literacy and educate readers on valuable technical skills.
